Crankshaft Rebuilding 
 
All of our crankshaft rebuilds are set to factory recomended clearances. We can supply aftermarket rod kits for your application if available, or you can supply your own OEM kit. Just add the appropriate info on your bike and send a copy of the parts and labor order receipt, or send a money order for full payment along with your crankshaft to us. After recieving it we will return your Crank to you in 10 working days or less.

Single Cylinder Crank rebuild  $50.00 Labor
Ship back charge is $15.00
 
Twin Cylinder Crank rebuild   $155.00 Labor
Ship back charge is $24.00
 
Triple Cylinder Crank rebuild  $275.00 Labor

 Cylinder Boring or Sleeving 

Cylinder Bore to piston clearances are set to the recomended factory or piston manufacturer. Aftermarket pistons can be supplied by us if available. send a copy of the paid parts and labor receipt or send full payment along with your cylinder to us. After recieving it we will return your clyinder back to you in 12-16 working days. Make sure the power valves, covers and gaskets are removed or there will be extra charges added.  See the Sleeves and Big Bore page for more details

Cylinder bore - up to .020 (.5mm) size increase  $60.00

Power valve & cover removal  $30.00 extra

Gasket removal  $15.00 extra
