Hi Joe,
Here's the results
We are getting 22.4hp (rear wheel) at 7,750rpm. This value will increase and the rpm higher with proper jetting, we just didn't have the jets handy to complete the tuning The one jet change we did do jumped the power 1Hp and RPM 500. Maybe mucking around with timing will also gain some RPM. We also didn't have the exhaust seals and had a spark arrester muffler (which won't be used for the race).
So we are getting much more power and a broader power curve with the new pipe design. It looks like we'll get 100mphr but any more will be up to luck and how well our streamlining works :)

Custom pipe building information
Build your own 2 Stroke pipe with Stage 1 or Stage 2 Race Chamber Specs Designed with TSR Pipe building software for Moto-X, Dirt Track, Drag or Hillclimbing or other. Available from RPM Manufacturing and Racing Services.
We use "Online Metals" for all our Fabrication needs!
Each order will have a instruction sheet that explains angle cuts for the best results, a blueprint with all the neccessary dimensions to have your tapered cones and center section made and a material list with a internet supply house for your material order.
Stage 1 specs are for the serious Novice rider. The pipe specs are designed to give you a stronger midrange powerband than a stock pipe.
Stage 2 specs are for the serious Expert rider. The pipe specs are designed to give you a stronger midrange as well as more top end power and rev.
Pipe specs are $45.00 and for year range 1988-2008. Add your Bike info and type of pipe specs (moto-x, drag, dirt track or hillclimbing) Novice or Expert. Add this information to the special instructions box of your invoice
